An advanced solvent based odor counteractant which actually encapsulates and seals in odors to control them. GOODSTUFF is not a cover up fragrance. When applied properly to the odor source, it will permanently encapsulate and neutralize dog and cat urine odors and most other animal and organic type odors. Use after ODOR NEUTRALIZER or X-SCENT.

BAC-T-45 - Residual Odor Killer
For water damage or other biological odor situations. A broad spectrum odor neutralizer formulated to remove malodors caused by bacteria, mold and mildew. Most effective when applied to previously cleaned surfaces. BAC-T-45 is effective on carpet, upholstered furniture, hard surfaces, and anything not stained by water. For severe pet odor problems, GOODSTUFF may follow.

X-SCENT - Odor Counteractant
This is a highly concentrated water based odor counteractant which can help to neutralize odors found in carpets, upholstery and on hard surfaces. X-SCENT can be safely added to detergent based cleaners used in extraction cleaning. Dilute with warm water to the desired concentration and spray or fog to neutralize odors and leave a lasting, pleasant, just cleaned scent. Note: For severe pet odor problems, GOODSTUFF may follow. For mold, mildew or bacteria BAC-T-45 is recommended.
